15 October 2014 - Logbook Tres Hombres
When Tres Hombres leaves Stavanger , the ship and her crew will set sail to follow one of the historic trading routes between Norway and France. A part of the cargo exists out of a (symbolic) cargo of ‘cod roe’ (sponsored by Kavli ) , baccala (Klippfisk) and books about this old tradingroute (dondated by the Norwegian Museum of Fisheries in Bergen). Besides these Norwegian products, the hold of Tres Hombres is filled with some beautiful organic Tres Hombres pumkins, chocolate and rum ( for sale on board) and Paint a Futures attributes (read our older blogs for Sail&Paint a future).
First stop after Stavanger will be Brixham to pick up beer bound for France. In France TOWT (trans oceanic wind transport) is taking care of our next cargo; organic wine from Olivier Cousin bound for Brazil. From France the next stop will be Setúbal, Portugal than Brava to drop cargo off and get fresh stores on board for the Atlantic crossing… (click here for more destinations)
