25 kilo baccalà (klippfisk) Superior Extra presented to Tres Hombres Ship and captain Arjen van der Veen in Stavanger yesterday afternoon. The Slow Food presidium baccalà is produced by Odd Skarsbø of Bud, Møre og Romsdal. The gift is sponsored by the Norwegian Museum of Fisheries in Bergen, and organised by Terje Inderhaug (Hordaland Fylkeskommune) and the Slow Food Ark of Taste commission in Norway.
