Visions of paella and red wine on the Bay of Biscay (Klaas Knol)

We are in the middle of the Bay of Biscay and are rolling steadily from left to right. This morning a large storm cloud came in which meant we had to quickly lower some sails and everyone braced themselves for wind force eight. But it remained a shower and a little later we were able to accelerate again.
The days usually start with rain, but it clears up during the day. The temperature also rises a bit and that is nice. Everyone has found their sea legs and we are sailing towards Spain full of expectations. Visions of Paella and red wine present themselves. One more day of sailing and the time has come!
The mood is still good and we know that the coldest part is behind us.
