First of all I would like to thank you Brava for your hospitality you gave my crew and me. You have so less, but you gave so much. Erick & Marijke you life in a small paradise! By you created by people for people. How welcome you are for everybody that comes to your house on the hill.
Than I thank the four young fisherman who stayed the afternoon onboard the Tres Hombres waiting to haul out the anchor and some 70 meters of chain. While the crew and trainees set the sails and brace the yards to maneuver out of the bay. It was nice to have you onboard for a little while sailing west and say our last goodbye’s.
At Christmas eve we ate your dried salted fish and some other local fruits. Our memories of you will last for a while.
