The Caribbean Sea is at the moment like a boiling pot, like a bowl of hot soup damping on the stove. Water-vapor is creating enormous clouds rising high up in the sky. These clouds are emptying themselves again in the form of rain. The energy which is coming free makes the sky around us flashing with the lightning. A warm wind from the East is blowing over the deck of the Tres Hombres. At midday the sun is straight above our head, even the spray-water is so warm that it will not cool us down. A rain-squall once in awhile is giving some refreshment and a wind-shift in our favor.
