We finished the last green fresh vegetable and fruit two days ago
Cucumber, beetroot, plantain, eggplant, carrots are behind us
We had the last eggs this morning’s breakfast
Yesterday we found Pesto for pasta by cleaning the Fox’Hole
Tonight for the meat day, we’ll have delicious organic meat can from Texel
More and more beans and pumpkin on Menu
That how it go on a traditional ship

Fresh vegetable from farmers don’t need fridge
As long they didn’t pass into a fridge, vegetable, fruit, eggs, can hold for weeks
Even the nice chess and salted meat from Douarnenez don’t need fridge

Tres Hombres is a great laboratory for healthy food experimentation

Why do we have so much goods in the fridge in Europe?
Many of them don’t need to be store in this cool box which consume so much energy

It’s just a little thing to keep in mind when you buy your food

Anyway, Tres Hombres is making nice progress to Azores
Still full and by since we left Boca Chica
Everyday colder, the crew is looking forward to discover a new island

Have a nice week end
All the best for next week
