Yeah!!! We have north winds

But smooth,
The dry store (place were we store the food) is slowly getting empty
Sailing Tres Hombres don’t need any fossil energy
On board, we burning shoulder grease, and muscles need food as fuel
We still have ten weeks of fresh water
Fresh vegetables and fruits for ten days
Delicious organic meat cans from Texel
Dutch, French and Italian cheese for months
Lot of dry beans and lentils, flour to bake bread
The Ocean will provide us proteins
We already had 6 kg of white tuna from Her

Our cook, Giuseppe give us good meal 3 times a day
This morning, Sunday, we even had full English breakfast
With fresh squeezed orange juice ( we are 14 on board)
And “personal cooking” eggs, scramble, boil, fry, poached… (yes, I said 14 )
He is the most important crew on board (the oldest as well, but don’t tell him)

Life is great on Tres Hombres
Far away of this Scottish clown and his oily Kentucky’s farmer friend

Soon we’ll be in La Palma de Cannaria
There, we’ll get nice bananas, sweet potatoes, cactus fig and many other goods

See you soon
Greetings from Tres Hombres

François
